The M14 is a Marksman Rifle, or DMR, added in Season 2 and chambered in .308 Winchester. The game lists its fire modes as Semi / Full Auto: a precision rifle for long range that can also fire automatic. After the Season 2 hit-location pass, DMRs sit between assault rifles and snipers: more punishing than an assault rifle, but no longer a faster-firing sniper. See the weapons guide.
